the ice

Our on ice team is led by Alex Galli and Jesse Hebscher, both former Junior hockey players and AAA coaches in Toronto since 2010.

Best friends growing up, Alex and Jesse crossed paths with many NHL greats and saw first hand the attributes that separated those who had success in hockey and those that did not. Their analysis is the blue print for Toronto Hockey Academy, a hockey school dedicated to details and love of the game.

The Gym

Kinesiologist and BJJ Black Belt Matt Pasquale leads the "movement" team at Toronto Hockey Academy.

Being a hockey player is about more than just being strong. At THA, coach Matt incorporates the fundamentals of JuJitsu into his off-ice training methods, focusing on increasing balance, coordination, explosiveness, agility, and flexibility.

Our Gym is located at 4000 Chesswood Dr, inside of Chesswood Arena (In Home training also available)
